About the Founder

The person behind the mission.

Rohit Kumar Gorai built Wrotron out of genuine frustration: India’s workplaces deserve the same quality of vending infrastructure that global organisations take for granted. After witnessing broken, cash-only machines across factories, hospitals and offices, he combined an IIM MBA and a cloud engineering background to build the solution from scratch.

We’re not a large corporation. We’re a lean, mission-driven team — when you partner with Wrotron, you deal directly with the people who built it, not a call centre.

Yes — zero. Wrotron funds the machine, installation, restocking and all maintenance from product revenue. In high-footfall locations we also offer a revenue share, meaning you actually earn. There are no hidden setup, maintenance or subscription fees of any kind.

Completely fair. We’re early-stage and we work harder than anyone to keep every client satisfied — because our reputation depends on every single partnership. We offer a full written SLA with automatic service credits, GST registration, FSSAI compliance docs, and company registration (MCA/ROC) on request. IIM-trained rigour and GCP-certified engineering go into every deployment.

Machines self-report faults in real time via IoT. Our SLA commits to a field engineer on-site within 4 working hours. Downtime exceeding the SLA threshold triggers automatic service credits — you don’t need to ask for them.

After site survey and signed agreement, we install within 5–7 working days. The installation itself — machine placement, cabling, payment activation, cloud connection — takes one single working day and does not disrupt your operations.
